Acer information technology company launched a special notebook for the students who are equipped with software antipornography, anti-alcohol, and anti-drug.
Head of Marketing and Public Relations Anam Helmy Acer Group Indonesia, Bandung, Friday, said Acer's superior products are created thanks to cooperation with the processor company Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) and Microsoft that has some special tools to reject pages that contain pornographic content.
"Acer Aspire 4253 was designed specifically for students to answer the needs of students in learning and playing with competitive prices, and to support government programs, namely anti-pornography," he said.
He said the program was a joint commitment Acer, Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), and Microsoft to support the advancement of education sector in Indonesia, particularly in expanding access to technology for students.
